Return Policy
All returns must be received back in the warehouse within 30 days of delivery. We need to approve all returns by providing an authorization number for the return. Once we receive the item(s) back in the warehouse it will be inspected by the returns department and your account will be credited accordingly.
If you receive a defective item or a wrong item, we will email you a pre-paid label to ship it back to us and the correct item will be dispatched immediately. However, if the item is not defective or wrong, your acount will be charged for all the shipping charges incurred.
